Standards Of Practice

Ace Inspections will perform all inspections to the Nevada Real Estate Division standards of practice. Any additional information beyond that is not guaranteed, but may be included in your report as a courtesy. Each inspection report will explain defects we deem to be material. Reports will list elements of the house that were either “I” Inspected, “NI” Not Inspected, or “O” for observations. For the sake of clarity, we do not include a photos or descriptions of every thing inspected. The primary purpose of a home inspection is to learn about material defects, not to assess its value. We will not make Some defects may be wide-spread, & in those cases we will include 1 or more examples, recommending that all similar issues be resolved. When there are numerous defects within a system, we will recommend a full evaluation by the relevant specialist.

Right of Use Policies

  • Calls to us may be recorded for legal or training purposes.

  • Every inspection agreement includes authorizing us to use our findings for training or marketing, and to share the findings with potentially interested parties.

  • Some conditions may warrant reporting to local authorities, & you authorize us to do so at our discretion.

Billing Policies

  • Once an inspection agreement is signed, you agree to pay the price of the inspection.

  • An inspection must be signed & paid for in advance, unless otherwise stated in writing by the inspector.

  • Payments may be made by card or cash. We do not accept checks. Exceptions will be made in writing.

  • Refunds can be requested, only if an inspection is cancelled with 48-hour notice. Partial refunds may be issued if stated in writing at the inspectors discretion.

  • Once an inspector has began an inspection, no full or partial refund will be issued unless otherwise offered in writing by the inspector.

  • In the case of  card chargeback being made after an inspection was performed, you agree to pay the cost of collection of payments due which may include a chargeback fee from the payment processor, court filing fees, an hourly rate for our appearance in court, legal fees, & travel fees. Unless otherwise stated in writing, you agree to pay a late fee amounting to 5% of the total price of services for every 30-day period payment is past due in addition to other costs.
