Condos, Townhouses, & Apartment Inspections
This is for attached homes & multi-unit buildings. Prices start at $200 & are based on the square footage & number of units. This includes a full inspection fulfilling the Nevada Real Estate Division standards as well as our free included services above.
Pre-Build, New-Build, & Warranty Inspections
This is for all newly-built houses, townhouses, & condos. Prices start at $275 & are based on square footage. This includes a full inspection fulfilling the Nevada Real Estate Division standards as well as our free included services above.
